Text Messaging Terms of Service

By opting in to receive text messages from the Child Loss Foundation (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”). These terms govern the SMS communications we send to users who voluntarily opt in via web forms, event registration, or other consent-based methods.
 

1. Types of Messages You May Receive

By subscribing to our text messaging program, you agree to receive messages that may include:

  • Grief support resources

  • Event notifications and reminders

  • Volunteer opportunities

  • Organizational news and updates

  • Donation drives and fundraising campaigns

  • Emergency alerts or special announcements

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your engagement with us, but you can expect to receive no more than 4 messages per month unless you engage in a specific event or campaign that requires more frequent communication.

Child Loss Foundation does not charge you for receiving our text messages.

We affirm that the Child Loss Foundation’s messaging program is compliant with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, including clear disclosures, consent-based messaging, and responsible data use.
